For many years, I've combined experience in the real estate market with an architect's education. This allows me to look at a property from two perspectives simultaneously. I see its real value, but also its potential. I notice possibilities for renovation, change of function, restoration of former character, or creation of completely new spatial quality. Technical knowledge allows me to accurately assess the condition of a building and predict the scope and scale of necessary work. This gives my clients confidence in their decisions and a sense of security at every stage of the process. However, even the greatest experience cannot replace attentiveness. I begin each meeting with a conversation. I want to understand my clients' needs, plans, and motivations. I know that selling a family home, buying a first apartment, or investing in another property are moments that matter far more than the transaction itself. I work discreetly, with full commitment and the highest care. I value long-term relationships, transparency, and quality that doesn't require unnecessary declarations. My clients entrust me not only with their properties, but also with their trust. This is a responsibility I take most seriously. Beyond work, I seek space and freedom. I find them on a motorcycle (Kawasaki Ninja z1000sx), during mountain hikes, and in books. They remind me that every path leads to its destination differently, and the most interesting stories are born when we dare to look wider.
